Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your tonies® apparel, but if your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track your return as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
